Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Staff Administration: Manage personnel records, oversee monthly payroll processing, insurances, and other related tasks in close collaboration with our authorized payroll agency.
* Invoice Administration: Oversee invoice processing, maintain accurate records, prepare payments for approval and processing in close cooperation with our accountant.
* Office Support: Handle miscellaneous office tasks, coordinate schedules, and provide administrative support to our CEO as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is required.
* Experience: Proven experience in office management or administration is mandatory.
* Skills & Qualities: High level of integrity, transparency, and commitment. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
