As our community and partnerships grow, we're looking for an
Operations & Communications Lead
who helps keep everything running smoothly and communicates our work with creativity, care and quality.
This role combines
strong operational follow-up
with
hands-on communication and content creation

What you'll do
Operations & Partner / Event Follow-up
* Coordinate and follow up on events, partners, and deliverables
* Keep timelines, agreements, and details on track (multiple projects at once)
* Act as a reliable point of contact for partners and internal stakeholders
* Ensure nothing slips through the cracks and everything gets finished properly
Communications
* Create and manage content for email, social media, and community updates
* Write clear, warm copy that fits the Clusity tone
* Use templates and basic design tools to keep visuals consistent and high-quality
* Do quality control on everything that goes out to our community and partners
Must-haves
* Strong written and spoken
English
* Excellent communication skills (copywriting + basic design sense)
* Very strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work
independently
, proactively, and responsibly
- High standards and a natural sense of ownership and quality
Nice to haves
* Dutch and/or French
* Affinity with gender diversity, inclusion, or technology
* Comfortable with fast changes and shifting priorities (we're a start-up after all :D)
* Socially strong, a natural networker (potential to grow into a community-facing role)
* A genuine love for social media (Instagram and/or TikTok )
