As HSE Manager for the Insulation Boards division, you will secure the HSE performance and ensure conformity with relevant legislation and standards. You are responsible for the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures and guidelines across functions in multiple SEVESO foaming plants.
You will:
* Take functional lead over the local HSE managers in the European plants
* Translate the HSE vision and ambition into functional strategy and roadmap.
* Complete root cause analysis of operational / compliance issues or accidents and ensure a corrective action plan is put in place.
* Manage assigned HSE projects and intervene in company-wide projects as a HSE subject matter expert.

Qualifications
* Technical HSE expert with communication skills
* Good knowledge of specific legislation for SEVESO plants such as process safety, emergency plans, HAZOPs etc.
* Storage and manipulation of hazardous substances
o Gas‑and dust explosion risks (ATEX)
o Fire hazard (preventive measures, equipment, contaminated water)
* Able to analyze and synthesize complex HSE topics
* Good prioritization skills
* Ability to mobilize teams
* Willing to travel
