In response to new regulatory requirements around information security and operational resilience, My client is launching a company-wide initiative to implement compulsory security awareness and digital operational resilience training for employees, management, and, where applicable, third-party ICT providers.
The consultant will transform the documented governance model for training into actionable, traceable, and compliant processes within Workday Learning. This will include:
* Designing and configuring workflows aligned with governance principles
* Creating compliance dashboards and audit-ready reports
* Coordinating implementation activities and user validation
* Supporting change management and adoption across all impacted stakeholders
Required Skills & Competencies
Business Acumen
* Strong ability to interpret regulatory and governance requirements and translate them into operational processes.
Workday Expertise
* Proven experience configuring and deploying Workday Learning (HCM environment).
Project Coordination
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and follow up on implementation tasks.
Documentation & Communication
* Excellent skills in writing process documentation and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Change Management
* Experience in developing and executing organizational change management strategies for new systems or compliance programs.
