For a fast‑scaling, PE‑backed healthcare company, we are seeking a CEO to steer the organisation into its next growth chapter. The company (20 FTE) has delivered impressive traction and is now preparing for its expansion strategy, including buy‑and‑build and international growth.
Key responsibilities
* Drive the organisation's growth and development through the implementation of a clear, forward-looking strategic vision.
* Build and maintain key external partnerships.
* Build and lead a strong team that embraces ownership, continuous improvement, high standards, and collective accountability.
* Represent the organisation in the broader ecosystem.
Profile
* 5y+ of senior leadership experience, ideally including CEO responsibilities, with a strong network in the healthcare sector.
* A strong affinity with care, support services, or social impact sector.
* Experience in start-up or scale-up environments is a plus.
* International expansion experience is an advantage.
