We are looking for a driven, strategic and commercially strong Key Account Manager – Iberia to accelerate growth across Spain, Portugal and Andorra. This role is critical in positioning our brands as preferred partners within the Iberian National Key Account network.

The main tasks of the position are:
The Key Account Manager will drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability and brand positioning across assigned key accounts in Iberia.
Sales Management
• Establish Fox, Bell, Giro and Camelbak as strategic partners within Iberian National Key Accounts
• Drive sell-in and sell-through growth through structured outbound selling and promotional planning
• Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with Iberia and European strategy
• Negotiate annual commercial terms, margins, promotional calendars and joint business plans
• Own the full sales cycle: Pre-Book and Re-Order management
• Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Provide structured reporting on opportunities, risks and competitive activity
• Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities using internal systems and retailer data.
Dealer & Account Development
• Strengthen execution initiatives and improve brand presence at point of sale
• Deliver seasonal merchandising presentations and product clinics
• Coordinate seasonal communication programs and launch timelines
• Identify and develop Shop-in-Shop and Custom Shop opportunities in collaboration with Trade Marketing
• Partner with the European Ecommerce team to align digital execution with brand guidelines
• Ensure compliance with brand presentation standards
• Resolve operational issues related to orders, deliveries and after-sales service.
Market Management
• Represent Revelyst across Spain, Portugal and Andorra
• Attend trade shows, dealer events and brand activations
• Monitor competitive activity, pricing, promotions and market trends
• Provide structured feedback to Marketing and Product teams
• Identify new business development opportunities within the territory
• Represent the voice of the Iberian market in internal strategy discussions.
Position requirements:
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience
• Minimum 2 years working with Key Accounts in Iberia
• Strong knowledge of the Iberian sporting goods retail network
• Experience delivering high-level presentations and commercial negotiations
• English level B1 minimum (daily interaction with EU HQ)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic Salesforce knowledge
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
• Full driving license.
