Job Description:
The Business Management Intern will support various aspects of operations, project management, sales, marketing, customer experience, and innovation within the hotel group. Responsibilities include redesigning operational processes, analyzing KPIs, supporting digital strategy and marketing campaigns, collaborating with field teams to enhance customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for innovation in hotel services.
Main Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Operations Optimization:
o Participate in redesigning operational processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
o Analyze data and propose recommendations based on KPIs.
o Contribute to the optimization of digital tools used by the group.
o Ensure follow-up of ongoing projects, from planning to implementation.
2. Sales & Marketing | New Media:
o Participate in the group's digital strategy, especially social media and digital marketing.
o Support business development and revenue initiatives.
o Contribute to communication materials and sales tools development.
o Analyze market trends and marketing campaign performance.
3. Customer Experience & Innovation:
o Collaborate with field teams to improve customer experience.
o Identify opportunities for innovation in hotel services.
o Participate in implementing digital solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Student in business school, hotel management, or related field.
* Analytical mindset, keen on data management and decision-making.
* Comfortable with digital tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
* Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
* Proficiency in French, English, and Dutch.
* Passion for hospitality, service, and innovation.
