SAN Compliance Resource (Focus: Export Control, Documentation, Remote Storage Facilitation)

Location:Mandatory: Must reside and be legally eligible to work in Belgium. (Required for compliance mandate)

Key Responsibilities
Server as the local compliance resource for export-controlled storage devices located in Belgium.
Perform scheduled checks and coordination for storage infrastructure related tasks that require a Belgium-based resource.
Collaborate closely with the U.S. Export Control team, leveraging screen sharing and remote troubleshooting to address issues as they arise.
Ensure all activities align with Belgian regulations and internal compliance policies.
Maintain up-to-date audit records, access logs, device tracking, and compliance documentation.
Liaise with local IT, security, or facilities teams only when remote coordination is needed.
Support internal and external audits, assessments, and compliance improvements.
Escalate more complex compliance or technical issues to global\Vendor teams as appropriate.
