To support the Digital Transformation team of a global automotive brand with European HQ in Brussels, we are looking for dynamic and motivated team member with relevant experience.
New initiatives and projects have been established to speed up the transformation and reach company goals, focused on two main targets:
[1] Leading customer experience: developing a breakthrough, omni channel relationship with consumers
[2] Lean and future proof distribution: digitalization and centralization ensuring efficiencies in our operations, complementing the customer and employee experiences.
You will play a key role in overall business transformation to create a truly omnichannel experience and make the organisation future proof.
You will be the product owner to define an MVP and ensure quick delivery for the uses cases on the roadmap, leading towards a new eCommerce foundation.
More concretely this means:
- Perform benchmarks, analyse trends, gather customer input
- Define product vision and business requirements in collaboration with different divisions across markets and HQ
- Lead the design and user validation process
- Create product backlog and obtain buy-in for the MVP definition
- Ensure timely delivery of MVP
- Ensure that the relevant documentation is created for markets and provide support to them
- Communicate with stakeholders by liaising with markets and other internal and external stakeholders to share project status, facilitate implementation and answer questions /resolve issues
- Secure appropriate HQ management, cross-departmental and market involvement at all necessary stages
- Prepare management presentations with results, planning, roadmap etc
- Ensure measurable KPI’s are implemented
Your profile:
Education:
University degree
Experience:
- Deep understanding and proven experience in omnichannel projects
- Extensive experience working on large scale complex digital transformation projects ideally with some experience in Automotive industry.
