excellence.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead system improvement
projects across Quality, Safety, Environment, and Information
Security domains.Drive certification readiness: Prepare for and
lead external/internal audits; ensure compliance with key standards
and customer-specific requirements.Coach and guide internal teams:
Run training and awareness sessions on standards and best
practices.Own process governance: Support process owners in
aligning documentation, controls, and KPIs with business and
compliance needs.Ensure continuous alignment with evolving
standards and customer expectations.Act as audit lead: Coordinate
internal assessments and self-evaluations, following up on actions
and improvements. Profiel What you bring:Solid experience with
management systems (IATF, ISO standards, TISAX, etc.) in a
manufacturing or automotive environment.Hands-on expertise in
audits, system improvements, and certification processes.Strong
communication skills and ability to work across teams and
cultures.Fluency in French & English.Ability to work across two
