🚀 Account Manager – FinTech / SaaS | Antwerp (On-site Preferred)
Following a recent board decision and continued growth, a fast-scaling SaaS company is expanding its commercial team. We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients and play a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships.
This is not a maintenance role — it’s a strategic, high-impact position where you will directly influence client growth, retention, and revenue expansion.
🔥 Your Impact
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for your customers, acting as a trusted advisor while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deepen partnerships.
* Own and manage a portfolio of FinTech / SaaS clients
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Act as a strategic advisor on financial and operational processes
* Lead business reviews and proactively identify improvement opportunities
* Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams
* Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction
* Play a visible role in a fast-growing company with real ownership
This role blends relationship management, commercial strategy, and consultative selling.
🎯 What You Bring
* 1-2 years of experience in Financial Consulting, or Auditing
* Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting
* Commercial mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities
* Native-level Dutch and fluent English
* Confident communicator who builds trust at all levels
* Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a scale-up environment
* Based in or near Antwerp
