Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager Oral Care to drive growth in the Benelux region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer retail environment and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:
* Execute the brand planning process at the country level, ensuring alignment with category and business unit guidelines.
* Develop and implement marketing activities based on the annual plan.
* Carry out and follow-up campaigns, analyzing data and tracking country/brand KPIs to inform corrective actions.
* Manage country media plans, local brand websites, and advertising budgets.
* Lead innovation/product management, overseeing product artwork and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, economics, commercial, business, or equivalent.
* Knowledge and experience of the consumer retail environment in the Netherlands and/or Belgium.
* At least 3-5 years of marketing experience in leading FMCG companies or consumer healthcare.
* Excellent commercial understanding, managing brands from a P&L perspective.
* Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational skills.
* Experience in planning and executing data-driven 360⁰ marketing campaigns (including digital).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Possession of innovative thinking and good grasp of new trends and consumer insights.
* Able to navigate complex matrix organizations.
* Dynamic and hands-on approach, comfortable working in remote teams.
