We are looking for an experienced Technical Transition Coordinator to manage and orchestrate the transition of IT services across cloud, on-premises, network, and infrastructure environments.
You will act as the key link between internal technical teams and external service providers, ensuring smooth service migration, continuity, and effective knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate service transitions, including onboarding and offboarding activities
* Act as main point of contact for all transition-related communication
* Coordinate knowledge transfer, documentation handovers, and training sessions
* Identify risks, manage issues, and ensure mitigation and contingency plans
* Maintain transition documentation (assets, configurations, runbooks, SOPs)
* Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection requirements
* Coordinate testing, validation, and early-life support after handover
Required Profile
* Minimum 15 years of IT experience, including 10 years in transition or coordination roles
* Proven experience managing transitions between outsourcing partners
* Strong background in IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud)
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
* Available to start no later than 06/04/2026
