As a successful Project Manager - Medical Equipment, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Implementation: Follow-up the planning and execution of manufacturing projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
* Resource Management: Follow-up the allocation of resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project goals.
* Documentation Management: Review of project status documents for financial follow-up, project planning and project execution plan.
* Sales Support: Assist the sales team for the creation of planning documents, technical documents, tenders analysis ...
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
* Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product development, engineering, and operations teams to align manufacturing processes with project objectives and clients requirements
* Clients Collaboration: Follow-up with clients to ensure recurrent status on the project and alignment of the orders with their requirements.
* Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management
As a successful Project Manager - Medical Equipment, you will have the following profile:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Business administration, Engineering or related fields.
* +3 years of experience in Project Management.
* Previous experience in an manufacturing/ industrial company - ideally in Pharma / Medical Devices/ Equipment.
* Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills - You are proactive and persuasive.
* The ability to be autonomous and to work independently.
* Fluent in English - ideally with a good level of Dutch/French
