We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced business analyst to join our center of excellence. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to help them achieve their goals using our software.
Job Responsibilities:
* Analyze client needs and design solutions using our apps
* Configure flows and deliver personalized training sessions
* Support the growth of our partner network by coaching and training partners worldwide
* Pursue mastery in manufacturing expertise
Key Objectives:
* Making your customers/partners Odoo Champions through training
* Supporting, coaching, and training other team members
* Producing insightful content
* Participating in sales and marketing activities and developing new business services
Requirements:
* 2-6 years of experience in ERP implementation in a manufacturing domain
* Solid knowledge about manufacturing
* A proven track record of participation in lean manufacturing or six-sigma implementations
* Fluency in English and French or Dutch
* Proficiency in IT-related areas
