About the role:
As Brand Manager, you manage a cluster of FMCG brands, developing marketing strategies and activation plans to grow your brands. You oversee budgets, profitability, and collaborate with international teams for brand consistency.
Your key missions:
6. Build brands via market analysis and creative campaigns.
7. Implement activation plans: advertising, social media, influencer and POS activities.
8. Own brand P&L and manage marketing budgets.
9. Collaborate with international colleagues.
10. Provide market insights and strategic advice.
11. Identify marketing opportunities benefiting shoppers, consumers, horeca, and retailers.
12. Report to the Brand Marketing Manager.
About the ideal candidate :
13. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with + years FMCG marketing experience.
14. Consumer-focused, creative, and hands-on problem solver.
15. Strong analytical skills with sales data experience (, Nielsen).
16. Able to execute ideas from concept to launch.

18. Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
