Your responsibilitiesFinancial accounting: Recording and posting all business transactions (income, expenses, bank transactions, cash).Accounting: Creation, checking and management of incoming and outgoing invoices.Payment transactions: Preparation and execution of payment runs (Isabel) and monitoring of open items; dunning.Payroll accounting: Support in preparation / coordination with social services office.Tax obligations: Preparation of tax-related documents (e.G. advance VAT returns).Annual financial statements: Preparation and creation of annual financial statements, including provision of relevant data for the auditor.Reporting: Preparation of simple evaluations (e.G. liquidity overview, cost overview).Organisational integration of the positionThe position holder reports to the head of administration.An assistant accountant (part-time) reports to the job holder.
