Front Office Consultant (Murex Trading Consultant)
We are seeking a highly-motivated Front Office Consultant to join our dynamic Trading Team. As a Murex Trading Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Front Office trading systems used by our cash equity trading desk. Additionally, you are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
* Analyze business processes and functional requirements, perform gap analysis between existing and required solution to drive the delivery of relevant user requirements documentation.
* Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement enhancements to the trading systems.
* Work with the users to test, achieve signoff (UAT), and move the system toward go-live.
* Provide day-to-day support to Front Office traders, addressing their queries and issues related to the trading systems.
Requirements:
* Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from Quantitative Finance, Applied Finance, Business Analysis, Financial Engineering, Computer Science or relevant discipline.
* Possess working experience on Murex Front Office (Pricing, Simulation, Pretrade).
* Sound knowledge and functional experience on at least 2 asset classes. E.g. FX, MM, FI, IRD.
* Experience in the implementation or support of a Front office system within a bank.
* Solid understanding with SQL and experience with at least one well-known RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, IBM DB2, MySQL.
* Basic knowledge of scripting with Unix or Python.
* Able to work in a team environment, focused on providing high quality of service to the client.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, able to handle priorities and manage business expectations.
* Strong and demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills.
Specific knowledge:
* Intermediate English is mandatory.
* SAP system.
* Working knowledge of International Commercial and Export Chain.
Minimum Required Experience:
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the shipping industry.
Degree:
* Bachelor’s degree in international trade or a related field.
L2 Application Support Engineer (Front Office)
We are hiring a proactive and technically strong L2 Application Support Engineer to support FICC front‑office applications in a fast‑paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain a proactive approach throughout the day, with the ability to analyze, debug, and resolve issues.
* Develop and enhance the SRE strategy to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the plant.
* Efficiently escalation issues to the development team, raise incidents, manage impact, and communicate with users and stakeholders.
* Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
* Escalate issues to management on both support and development sides, raise problem tickets, and collaborate with development teams to address issues and drive transformations.
* Possess a solid understanding of technical concepts and be capable of writing code when necessary.
* Create documentation, runbooks, and code snippets to resolve issues and share them with the team.
Key criteria:
* Level L2 Application Support experience, preferably in the 3‑6 years range.
* Technical Skills: Unix/Linux, any object‑oriented programming experience (Java), with a good understanding of databases.
* Understanding in coding and debugging.

We are looking for an experienced AWS Enterprise Sales Account Manager focused on large FSI strategic accounts.
The candidate should be a self‑starter who is prepared to develop and execute against an account coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets. The candidate should possess both a sales and technical background that enables him or her to drive engagement at the CXO at LoB level as well as with CIO, software developers, IT architects, and other customer executives.
Successful candidates will have executive level experience in leading, defining, designing and deploying enterprise level strategic solutions in the FSI domain. In this role, the candidate will work with a small set of large FSI customers, where a prescriptive and in‑depth approach is required. Key job responsibilities
