1. Manage the tender process with your manager, from gathering information to pricing and P&L approval;
2. Negotiate pricing and explore cost-saving options with internal teams;
3. Review contracts for commercial and legal compliance;
4. Organize project kickoff and ongoing client follow-up after winning tenders;
5. Maintain commercial relationships and analyze client needs;
6. Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments;
7. Keep client data updated in internal systems and handle ad hoc requests;
8. Organize client events such as audits and product launches;
9. Monitor payments and manage client price lists;
10. Handle client complaints by investigating issues and implementing solutions;
Requirements:
* Able to work at a strategic level and understands the company's financial processes (master level);
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus;
* Knowledge of HACCP and aviation regulations is an advantage;
* Practical experience with P&L and the tender process is a plus;
* Junior candidates with the right attitude and analytical mindset are also welcome;
