Job content
* Manage and optimize existing key retail accounts (off-trade).
* Execute joint business planning and follow up on national strategies (listings, shelf, distribution).
* Analyze key business drivers and identify commercial growth opportunities.
* Coordinate with multiple stakeholders within client organizations, often French-speaking.
* Work closely with internal teams and an assistant to support operational execution.
* Take ownership of strategic account management and drive growth across key accounts.
Profile
* 6+ years of experience in FMCG or retail key account management
* Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in Dutch and French (French required for daily communication).
* Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Comfortable working in a high-responsibility, impact-driven role.
* Experience working in cross-functional and complex international environments.
