* Lead and deliver IT projects end-to-end, from scoping to implementation, ensuring timelines, scope and quality are met
* Act as the main coordination point between business teams, IT teams and external vendors
* Manage priorities, risks and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
* Provide hands-on support for incident resolution and ensure high-quality service for internal users
* Maintain and improve ITSM processes and tools (incident, request and change management)
* Contribute to continuous improvement of IT systems, processes and user experience
* Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
* Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in an IT generalist role (support, coordination, or project management)
* Strong understanding of IT environments (infrastructure, applications, systems)
* Experience in managing IT projects in a cross-functional environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business teams
* Solution-oriented, pragmatic and hands-on mindset
* Nice to have:
o Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)
o Knowledge of DevOps / automation environments
o Basic data skills (SQL, reporting, dashboards)
o IT certifications (ITIL, Scrum, Prince2)
