Job position Summary Role : In charge of the sales to all external countries
Type : Full-time ( CDI or freelance )
Location : Wavre, Belgium (flexible: mix remote, office and travel)
Role Description Strategy : You\'ll be in charge of developing and executing the international growth strategy (defined with Founders) and analyze each market we’ll develop with distributors.
Sales : You\'ll be in charge of the sales in all indirect countries (where there is no local Bounce Team) dealing with retailers, distributors and business providers. You\'ll identify leads and you\'ll run the full sales cycle : from prospecting to closing.
Customer relationship : You\'ll cultivate strong customer relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor to help them in their expansion and to maximize the retention & market penetration.
Brand promotion : You\'ll promote the brand to make Bounce THE INTERNATIONAL REFERENCE in our product category and ecosystem. You will take the lead and represent the company in all indirect countries, connecting with the leaders of Tennis and Padel companies we\'ll work with.
Performance tracking : Analyze the efficiency of sales activities of all clients and on all markets (indirect countries). Continuously optimize the commercial and marketing strategy for better results based on defined KPIs.
Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with the founders and the marketing team to challenge and help our clients (retailers + distributors) on their marketing plans and ensure to align messaging and consistent go-to-market strategies.
You\'ll report directly to our CEO and have regular meetings with the founders team (CEO, Head of Acquisition and Head of Strategy) to brainstorm, align go-to-market strategies, and present KPI reports.
This is a full-time role for an Export Sales Director at Bounce Sports, located in Belgium. The Export Sales Director will manage and grow international sales, oversee export operations, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. The role includes developing business plans, establishing strong relationships with international clients, and identifying new market opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding Bounce\'s global footprint.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years as a successful sales representative / sales lead in a scale-up, sport or retail company. You have managed distributors/retailers in your previous experience and knows what it is to setup an international distribution network.
Bonus : You already have the international network in the Tennis/Padel industry
Language : French + English mandatory. Dutch, German, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
Industry : we speak all day long about Tennis and Padel. You should at least have a strong interest in these sports.

Positive, proactive, ambitious and humble
Skills : You like to meet and create strong relationships everywhere in the world. You are a strategic thinker with a strong business & commercial experience.
Mobility : You must be ready to travel extensively as part of your role.
CRM addict : we use Odoo as a Belgium startup
