Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Governance
Together with the EGI program manager and the implementation partner you will lead the overall SAP Public Cloud ERP implementation.
Acting as the key representative of client towards vendors, integrators, and internal teams
Ensuring alignment with client governance, architecture and shared service operating models
Driving the project roadmap, scope definition, timeline and milestone tracking
Facilitating decision-making and steering committee involvement
2. Fit-to-Standard & Template Design
Ensuring strong adherence to fit‐to‐standard SAP Public Cloud principles
Challenging deviations and customisation requests constructively
Coordinating the creation of a scalable ERP template for future affiliates
3. Stakeholder & Team Management
Coordinating cross-functional teams including business, IT, integrator, and shared service center teams
Engaging international stakeholders and bridging cultural and organisational differences
Supporting process owners in developing standardised and efficient business processes
4. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
Proactively identifying risks and managing mitigation plans
Monitoring interdependencies (legal, financial, operational, data, integration, etc.)
Ensuring quality deliverables and clear documentation
5. Change Management
Supporting the change and communication strategy around the new ERP
Preparing impacted users, ensuring adoption and smooth transition
Coordinating training and cutover readiness
Requirements:
Proven experience as Project Manager for SAP Public Cloud or SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations
Experience with ERP deployment in an international context
Experience working with shared service centres in ERP operating models
Ability to challenge internal stakeholders constructively and diplomatically
Experience in change management in the context of ERP implementations
