Our client, leader in FMCG sector headquartered in Mechelen region and recognised for its innovative expertise, is currently seeking an Health& Safety Advisor. This strategic position, reporting directly to Plant Director and part of Global HSE community will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all HSE activities among three main locations- Mechelen, Puurs and Brussels.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Leading HSE strategy and implementing related policies.
* Cascading down the HSE culture and working together with the different heads to collaborate.
* Coordinating inspection and risk analysis.
* Working on HSE performance culture and the statistics related to that.
* Starting projects on sustainability and environment.
* Working together with the global team to create best practices.
About you:
* Master's degree in Engineering (Civil or Industrial) or related field
* Proven project management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with organizational rigor.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
* Comfortable managing stress and navigating urgent situations.
* Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
* Solid command of IT tools and systems.
