The junior BPM specialist supports all departments in designing, modeling, and continuously helping to improve business processes using DKV`s standard process management tool (Adonis). The role ensures that processes, risks, controls, and IT systems are documented consistently and in line with our internal and Group BPM norms. Maintaining a global business perspective is essential to ensure that all material business processes are identified and documented.
You will be part of the Non-Financial / Operational risk management team at DKV Belgium and you will work on improving and further developing the process landscape in line with requirements of the company.
In this, you will closely work together with Process Owners of all departments and colleagues in Risk Management at DKV Belgium N.V. and at ERGO Insurance N.V. as well as ERGO group level.
What The Key Tasks Look Like
Support all business departments in modelling & update of business processes in Adonis (BPMN 2.0) under guidance: keep the central repository clean, complete and up to date.
Monitor implementation of the BPM norms.
Plan and coordinate the yearly process update in line with ORCS/ICS exercise, ensuring timelines are met.
Link IT systems, risks and controls to process steps.
Prepare status reports for Management and Non-Financial Risk.
Act as a first contact for straightforward BPM/Adonis questions: facilitate intro trainings and draft how‑to notes.
Grow towards owning a BPM domain within 6–12 months.
Required Skills And Competences
Must‑haves
Bachelor/Master in Business Administration, Information Systems, (Business) Engineering, or equivalent by experience.
2 years relevant experience (or strong internship) in process modeling, operations, or business analysis.
Basics in business process modeling: experience with a process tool (Adonis is a plus, training provided).
Ability to work with various stakeholders across departments, aligning requirements and facilitating consensus.
Analytical, organized, detail‑oriented: clear written and verbal communication.
Dutch and/or French and fluent in English.
Proactive growth mindset: takes initiative, delivers reliably with light coaching.
Nice to haves
Exposure to operational risk/internal controls (ORCS/ICS).
Insurance/Financial Services familiarity: Excel/SQL for simple process data checks.
