Key Responsibilities:
* We are seeking an experienced Administrative & Procurement Officer to oversee all administrative tasks related to purchase and sales process.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing orders, supplier invoices, and internal approvals as well as maintaining and updating records in the systems.
* The officer will also coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth order processing and assist in preparing reporting as needed.
About You:
* The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a good level of English proficiency is required.
* A proven proficiency in SAP/Salesforce/or Odoo will be an asset.
