As a (Senior) Administrative assistant in Business Strategy Division within Toyota Motor Europe, you will work within the admin team. In your role, you will be providing admin support to the Business Strategy Division team. This might be combined with working on project-related tasks.

Your responsibilities could include support on (not exhaustive) :

1. General admin support of Business Strategy Division members / Business Strategy Division management
2. Meeting set-up and agenda management
3. Logistic support of events organised by Business Strategy Division
4. Support on projects
5. Be back-up for other admin tasks

Profile:

6. You are fluent in English (Toyoya Motor Europe’s business language) and you have a good level in Japanese
7. You have a previous similar experience (minimum 1 year)
8. You hold a bachelors degree in a related field
9. Strong analytical and project management skills, eye for detail
10. Good communication skills
11. Team player
12. Pro-active and creative thinker
13. Discrete, able to handle confidential material and information
14. Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Oracle, Teams and Sharepoint
15. Comfortable building out a network
16. Willing to learn
