Job description Types of tasks: - Manage customer orders, changes, and cancellations accurately and on time. - Prepare quotes and provide pricing, delivery, and technical information. - Communicate proactively with customers regarding schedules and delays. - Support Sales Managers and Account Managers with account and technical assistance. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues. - Handle returns and coordinate with accounting for credits and debits. - Contribute to process improvement and quality initiatives. Working hours: - Morning: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Afternoon: Monday to Thursday from 12:45 PM to 4:45 PM and Friday from 12:45 PM to 3:30 PM Profil We are looking for a person who: - Detail oriented. - Exceptional listener with excellent time management, verbal communication and presentation skills. - You must be self-motivated and competitive, but also a team player. - Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel. Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint. - Language: French, English and Dutch! - Preferably 2 year experience in an Inside Sales capacity, preferably in a technical environment.
