USP of the role: Drive business process optimization within a Microsoft Dynamics F&O environment and play a key role in delivering structured, future-proof solutions aligned with the program roadmap.
YOUR ROLE
As a Business Analyst (MS Dynamics F&O), you will work closely with stakeholders, Local Process Owners, and the Global team to translate specific business needs into concrete, scalable solutions.
You will help streamline processes, drive optimization initiatives, and ensure strong alignment between business and IT. Proactive scope management, defining the MVP, and independently progressing in line with the baseline plan are critical aspects of this role.
You will also support and guide the business during testing and training phases.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Identify, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements
Map, analyze, and improve business processes
Collaborate with business teams, local and global project teams, and other stakeholders to align expectations
Analyze business data to generate insights and actionable recommendations
Actively contribute to data conversion, cleansing, enrichment, and migration activities
YOU
Experience:
~5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
~ Proven experience implementing process improvements
~ Experience drafting business analyses, process documentation, user stories, and test scenarios
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and proactive mindset
Strong understanding of how technology supports business processes and system optimization
Experience with BA methodologies, Agile, Scrum, and Lean
Essential: Experience with MS Dynamics F&O
Self-starter
Languages:
~ Dutch, French and English
