As a Nike Direct Account Manager, you will drive and elevate strategic partnerships within the Nike organization, acting as a key connector across functions and stakeholders. You own the end-to-end business for Nike Direct and Partner stores, and Marketplace partners, serving as the primary point of contact internally and externally to ensure a seamless journey from order intake through to consumer delivery and premium store execution.
You proactively lead seasonal offense planning, align on merchandising and marketplace strategies, and identify operational opportunities to accelerate speed, optimize processes, and outperform sales targets. You think consumer-first, translate strategy into action, and consistently deliver against commercial ambitions.

Own and lead the Nike Direct and Partner store, Marketplace partners, delivering against revenue targets.
Activate Nike marketing initiatives / Promotion, including seasonal campaigns and key city programs.
Lead seasonal product presentations and negotiations, influencing decisions and resolving challenges.
Analyze sales performance and develop actionable plans that accelerate growth.
Align product assortments by store concept and space planning for Nike Direct and Partner stores, Marketplace partners including Promotion initiatives.
Partner in seasonal product launches and assortment planning to deliver a compelling consumer offer.
Planning, Operations, & Reporting
Prepare seasonal sales tools to support Nike initiatives and internal team needs.
Collaborate with Customer Service to manage the seasonal order book and ensure seamless execution.
Track key retail KPIs, including inventory and order management, and drive timely replenishment.
Deliver regular market insights to inform and refine sales presentations and assortment strategies.
Embed Nike systems into operational processes and leverage supply chain analysis to accelerate speed-to-market and operational efficiency.
Speak the language of our customers, driven by passion and enthusiasm for the products.
Be customer-focused and service-oriented.
Take ownership and collaborate within the team to deliver results with reliability and integrity.
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
~5+ years of experience in retail, sales, or account management, with a track record of delivering results.
~ Proven experience in business presentations, reporting, and data-driven analysis.
~ Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
~ An exciting role within the sports and retail sector.
