Responsibilities:
A) Manages the inbound & outbound of materials from warehouses and the daily maintenance of warehouses in the country.
B) Sorts the goods in the warehouse to ensure that the materials required for the engineering project are in place in a timely manner.
C) Coordinates with engineering service providers to implement the warehousing business.
D) Supervises local warehouses on a daily basis, and ensures the safety and tidy stacking of devices.
E) Standardizes warehousing, ex-warehousing, and accounting to ensure consistency.
F) Make and review the operation record each month, to ensure the payment is done according to actual operations and following the prices in the contract.
G) Using the PDA scan all the materials when outbound, inbound or transfer.
H) Make inventory checks by PDA, monthly and quarterly to ensure the accouting is exactly the same with physical stock.
I) Manage inbound/outbound document storage and archive
J) Manage the warehouse in accordance with company compliance processes and complete regular HQ inspections
Requirements:
Proactive, responsible, good communication and coordination skills, team work ability and pressure tolerance ability;
Excellent Dutch and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
Having a good command of Chinese is basic to this position
