At the core of the company, the Investors Relations Operations team is in charge of managing Qualitas Energy funds’ investors onboarding and operations and managing investors information and reporting requirements.
Mission:
As part of this strategy, we are looking to incorporate an Investor Relations Operations Analyst.
Main responsibilities:
* Preparation of quarterly reports to investors and specific reports to institutional investors, including Solvency II reports.
* Financial analysis and returns calculations.
* Preparation of regulatory reports (CNMV, SEPBLAC).
* Calculation of management fees and review of the net asset value of the fund prepared by the Fund Administrator.
* Support on the coordination of service providers based in Luxembourg
* Support the Investor Relations Fundraising team on the preparation of Due Diligence from institutional investors.
Experience and requirements:
* Full-time availability.
* Business Administration and/or Economics bachelor’s degree.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting and/or financial audit or fund management or middle-office positions in banking or asset management.
* Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Proficient use of Excel.
* Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
* Proactive and problem-solving approach.
