As we grow, we’re excited to invite a skilled Supply Chain Analytics Consultant for Axon Technology to join our Axon delivery team. In this role, you will work closely with customers and be a key contributor to Axon implementation projects, ensuring the successful deployment and seamless integration of this advanced supply chain analytics solution. You will work with complex big data environments, leveraging a software solution-oriented mindset and a strong commercial understanding to drive optimal results.

About the role
Build and apply a solid understanding of client & industry best practices, business processes, Axon solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition.
Configure the application to align with business requirements.
Execute testing, validation, and post-go-live run activities for Axon implementations, ensuring data accuracy, identifying issues and risks early, and escalating when needed.
Collaborate with our data engineering & solution teams to integrate Axon with customer’s enterprise systems.
Provide end-user training and ensure a smooth transition to the client after the implementation phase
Act as project lead on small Proof-of-Value projects.
Serve as customer success manager: offering ongoing support, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
Contribute to the enhancement of Axon product features and support processes by relaying customer feedback to the product/solution owner customer support teams.
Support pre-sales activities and participate in commercial engagements.
About you

Data Science & Engineering: Comfortable operating within big data environments and familiar with data visualization tools such as PowerBI. Has a solid understanding and keen interest in AI/ML concepts and tools. Preferably brings hands-on experience with SQL; additional experience in Python is considered a bonus
ERP & APS Systems Experience: Preferably has one year, or more, of experience with SC planning solutions (APS) and/or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, OMP, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions).
General Professional Experience:2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Education: Master’s degree in science or engineering (applied science, commercial, industrial, information technology…), business management, data science, or related areas.
Driver’s license: You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months.
