Overview About the Role As a Technical Project Manager, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for our customers, guiding them through the integration and deployment of our SaaS platform. You will manage multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, support, and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their integration journey, from onboarding through go-live and beyond
Lead and execute multiple implementation projects concurrently with customers and trading partners, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
Configure and customize solutions to meet specific customer and trading partner requirements
Collaborate with the engineering team to communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and platform enhancement opportunities
Provide expert-level technical support for complex customer inquiries in partnership with the support team
Support pre-sales activities including product demonstrations and technical scoping for prospective clients
Deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users and Tradeshift partner organizations on Babelway technology and platform capabilities
Required Qualifications Strong interest in a multifaceted role combining customer relationship management, project management, and hands-on technical implementation
Demonstrated ability and eagerness to acquire new technical skills and apply them in production environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Business fluency in English and French, Dutch knowledge is appreciated
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications Experience with B2B integration, electronic invoicing, or data exchange protocols (EDI, EDIFACT, X12, XML)
Peppol knowledge would be a key differentiator
Technical background or prior exposure to integration platforms and APIs
Project management experience in a SaaS or technology environment
