Vacancy for Management Assistant (M/F)

STUDIOTECH’s core business is engineering, distribution/sales, installation and after-sales servicing of broadcast and professional audio/video equipment. The company also designs and installs turnkey projects such as recording/mixing studios, editing suites and mobile OB units.

Studiotech Belgium is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive and organized Management Assistant to support our administrative, commercial and operational activities at our Brussels office. This role combines administrative coordination, communication with clients and partners, and support to the management and sales teams.



Qualifications:



• Bachelor’s degree in office management, Business Administration or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or commercial support role

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an asset

• Bilingual French/English required; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and in coordination with multiple departments

• Discretion, professionalism and a client-oriented mindset



Duties:



• Provide administrative support to management and project teams

• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, agendas and meeting documentation

• Assist with offers, orders, invoicing and follow-up of commercial files

• Coordinate internal and external communication with clients, suppliers and partners

• Organize travel arrangements, agendas and company events

• Ensure filing, document management and follow-up of deadlines

• Support HR and logistics tasks

• Welcome visitors, manage phone calls and general office coordination
