Night Manager – Logistics Depot – Turnhout – Freelance – Long Term – French Speaking
For a logistics client in Turnhout, we are looking for a Freelance Consultant to play the role of a Night Manager for a Logistics Depot. The successful candidate will be tasked with improving the structure and efficiency within two logistics depots.
What will you be doing?
* Driving two companies to better perform. More efficient and more punctual
* Providing a clearly defined structure to the processes within the depot – providing discipline, direction and balance.
* Negotiation with truck and supplier companies.
* Planning services and routes
* Collaborating with your manager within strategy meetings.
* Motivating teams to work promptly and punctually.
Key Requirements
* Strong experience within Depot or Logistics Management
* Good experience within people management
* Experience within night shifts
* French speaking (fluent) and Dutch/English speaking (moderate)
Mission specific details
* Night shifts (8-4 or 10-6am)
* Start in April (IVs w/c 13th April)
* Long term engagement
