The Medical Relationship Representative will report to the Head of Medical & Quality. The position is field based with limited time at the head office and requires extensive travel across Belgium.
ACCOUNTABILITIES of the ROLE:
1. Have an in-depth knowledge of the medical landscape in Flanders and Brussels
2. Take ownership of a portfolio of external medical stakeholders
3. Develop and deliver medical presentations internally and externally in either one-on-one or group settings.
4. Have in-depth medical conversations with all medical stakeholders.
5. Actively foster existing relationships and grow new relationships.
6. Organize small and medium sized events with stakeholders to share knowledge
7. Represent the company at symposia, tradeshows and other external events
8. Coach and guide colleagues in the field to actively engage with ENTs.
9. Support the HMQ & medical team on the development & delivery of the ENT engagement plan.
10. Provide input & feedback to HQM & medical team about communication tools for ENT’
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
11. Minimum bachelor’s degree in life science, health care or equivalent by experience
12. Minimum years experience in a similar role
13. Experience in the field of ENT and/or audiology is a plus
