Senior UX Consultant
to drive a transformative UX journey. This unique role combines hands-on UX design with strategic advisory embedding user-centered thinking into digital products while establishing UX governance and organizational maturity.
Your Mission
* Design and validate user-centric solutions through research, prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing
* Develop UX vision, principles, and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives
* Build and maintain design systems, standards, and guidelines
* Integrate UX seamlessly into Agile/Scrum/SAFe workflows across the product lifecycle
* Coach and mentor teams to elevate UX capabilities across the organization
* Deliver knowledge transfer through workshops and hands-on guidance
* Define UX roles, competencies, and best practices
* Collaborate with business architects, product owners, and developers in agile environments
Your Profile
* 8–10+ years in UX, service design, or product design
* Proven track record building UX maturity in complex organizations
* Expertise in both B2C and enterprise applications
* Consulting or advisory experience strongly preferred
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Magnolia) is a plus
* Natural bridge-builder between business, IT, and design
* Coaching mindset with knowledge transfer focus
* Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe frameworks
* Fluent in French and Dutch; good English
