Your new role As IT Operations Coordinator, you will lead a local IT support team and ensure the smooth functioning of IT services across two sites near Brussels Airport. Your responsibilities include: Managing and motivating a team of four IT support professionals Overseeing incident and service request handling via the ticketing system Ensuring compliance with SLA and KPI targets for service quality Coordinating with group-level IT teams for infrastructure, security, and advanced support Acting as the main contact for technical projects such as migrations, updates, and deployments Maintaining availability and performance of local IT infrastructure Managing major incidents and business continuity plans Ensuring security and compliance of local systems Occasional travel to other sites Your profile Excellent communication skills in French and English, with a good level of Dutch Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing IT support teams and infrastructure Strong knowledge of Windows environments, M365, virtualization (VMWare), and ticketing tools Good understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and workstation management Proven experience in technical project management Leadership skills, team spirit, and ability to manage urgent situations effectively Customer-oriented, rigorous, and autonomous Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience What you'll get in return The company offers an attractive salary package complemented by benefits such as a company car, meal vouchers, hospitalization and pension insurance, additional days off, and various bonuses.
