At Codit, we help organizations build and run digital solutions using Microsoft technology. We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who takes ownership of operational service delivery and ensures our customers receive reliable, high-quality services every day.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and internal delivery teams, overseeing both Run and Build services, managing SLAs, incidents, and escalations, and continuously improving how we operate.
What You'll Do
* Oversee day-to-day delivery of Customer Care and managed services
* Ensure services meet SLAs, KPIs, and availability targets
* Manage incidents, problems, and changes to maintain service stability
* Act as escalation point and ensure timely resolution of issues
* Support implementation of new service offerings and Build-to-Run transitions
* Collaborate with teams on service strategy, roadmaps, and resource allocation
* Lead service reviews and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
About You
* Proven experience in IT Service Management, service delivery, or managed services
* Knowledge of Run and Build environments; ITIL knowledge / certification is a plus
* Strong technical awareness and ability to engage credibly in an IT context
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Fluent in English and Dutch
* Ownership, pragmatism, and a solution-focused mindset
* Enjoys working closely with customers and delivering tangible results
