Content Creator Extraordinaire: Write engaging articles, newsletters, and event comms that keep our community in the loop and inspired. Strategic Planner: Build and manage a content roadmap that reflects our company values and makes our members feel truly connected. Feedback Wizard: Collect and analyze community feedback (NPS, CSAT, etc.), then share key insights with the team to keep improving. Partnership Builder: Hunt for exciting partnerships with local restaurants, shops, and brands that bring extra perks to our community.
