The Strategic Insights & Analytics team is here to Inspire and Provoke Sustainable Competitive Growth, rooted in Human Insights & Analytics. As the Senior Market Intelligence manager you will be responsible to bring our category & competitive insights to the broader organization – keeping the organization on their toes for competitive moves and closely monitoring our performance and weak signals to contribute to a winning plan.
About You
Your main responsibilities will be:
1. Leadership and Transformation: Set up new function within SIA and lead and develop team members.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats at category level. Analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics. Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
3. Reporting and Communication: Responsible to upgrade and review the roadmap for reports and dashboards to enhance category & competitive insights in an efficient way.
4. Impactful communication: Translate data and information into clear, actionable, and impactful insights and business recommendations utilizing best in class “story telling” and engaging communication.
5. Budget & vendor relationship: responsible for the Market (RMS (NIQ/Circana/IQVIA)) and Yougov (shopper data) contracts & negotiations, as well as data quality and issues resolution.
6. Cross functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales and commercial excellence to align market insights and key messages towards the broader organization.
7. Lead competitive wargaming 2x/year.

14. You are fluent in English. Dutch and French are big assets.
15. You have strong IT skills, esp. in Power BI and are a MS Office Excel wizard
16. You have experience with RMS and Shopper data. Experience with pharma & homecare data is a plus
