We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative & Marketing Coordinator. This dynamic role will involve supporting our local teams with various administrative tasks, including event planning, compliance management, and office management.

Your Responsibilities

* Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth event logistics.
* Manage compliance, contracts, and communication with authorities.
* Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and compliant financial processes.
* Provide daily support to the local team (Sales, Marketing, Market Access).
* Organize congresses and events, including travel, documentation, and follow-up.
* Act as backup for other administrators during peak times or absences.
* Maintain internal platforms, handle grants/sponsorships, and support marketing materials.
* Oversight of office management tasks and incoming communications.

Your Profile

* Background in Business Administration or similar, with proven results.
* Experience in executive support or project coordination; pharma knowledge is a plus.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
* Proficient in MS Office, SAP, SRM, Orbit, Veeva.
