About the Role:

As a key contributor to our team, you will play a vital role in delivering project targets by collaborating with various stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data-analytics, structured communications, digital platform support, and other project deliverables.

Your Responsibilities:

* Supporting the development of strategic customer projects in process optimization and therapy advisory solutions, including analysis, insight, and recommendations.
">
* Collaborating with local project teams to develop customer deliverables, reviewing progress, and exposing findings to stakeholders.
">
* Participating in project delivery activities, including customer sessions, leadership reviews, and meetings.
">
* Contributing to strategic planning by providing insight and intelligence on accounts to support growth and market positioning.
">
* Developing project standard tools and sharing learning experiences across the delivery community.
">
* Building project plans and data-dashboards as part of milestone roadmaps and close-out expectations.
">

Key Requirements:
">
">
* A strong working knowledge of MS Office package and proficiency in at least one database/analytics software package (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MATLAB, SQL).
">
* Fluency in English and one other language (preferably Dutch, German, French, Turkish, Flemish, Arabic).
">
* Demonstrated ability to learn and develop in the healthcare/health-tech commercial sector, with flexibility to engage across various projects and geographies.
">
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an engaging and proactive style.
">
* Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and approaches.
">
* Well-organized with attention to detail, able to deconstruct problems and build comprehensive plans.

* Creativity in supporting development of solutions for diverse customer challenges.
