Your Job In a Nutshell
* Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing offshore wind clients through regular visits and strategic account development
* Prospect actively to expand your customer portfolio in a rapidly growing global market
* Analyse client needs and design engineered heavy lifting and transport solutions using cranes, SPMTs, strand jacks, jacking systems, barges and pontoons
* Work with Inside Sales to prepare large tenders; handle smaller quotations independently
* Present and defend your technical-commercial proposal with confidence and clarity
* Follow the long sales cycle closely, adjust where needed, and secure the deal
* Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handover to Operations
* Guarantee strong administrative follow-up and structured reporting
* Report directly to the Sales Team Leader Wind and work closely with teams across Sarens Projects

Requirements
* Bachelor or Master degree (engineering, construction…) or equivalent experience
* Several years in technical operations or sales in onshore/offshore wind, heavy lifting, or maritime
* Strong communication skills in English, as a plus: Dutch and French
* Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM)
* Willingness to travel internationally around 30% of your time
