Are you ready to launch your HR career in a global environment?
As a Junior HR Offer Specialist, you will assist with managing and coordinating internal offer validations, contract drafting, document handling, and various HR-related tasks for employees in Brussels and beyond, across Eurofins companies. You’ll be directly involved in preparing Belgian employment offers and contracts, putting together compensation and benefits packages, and ensuring internal validation of these offers. This includes collaborating with our tax team to draft net salary simulations.
You will also be responsible for keeping employee files accurate and up-to-date, acting as the main contact for HR-related inquiries from staff in the Brussels office. Additionally, you’ll help coordinate the implementation of recruitment software and assist with optimising HR processes.
Other duties include reviewing internship agreements and V.I.E applications, and collaborating with universities and Business France to manage internship and V.I.E contracts. As part of the Offer Team, you’ll play a key role in improving workflows, templates, and internal guidelines to help streamline operations and ensure consistency.
This is a full-time position based in Brussels, Belgium.
Starting date: as soon as possible.

Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. You speak English well, and knowing French or Dutch is a plus. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and can handle both big tasks and smaller details. You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and working in a digital environment.
