In this role, you'll drive growth through proactive outbound outreach, generating new leads, and creating demand across the European market.
Part of your responsibilities will include daily interactions with key decision-makers in order to build your network, qualify leads, pitch products, and solve problems. Use your persuasive skills to build lasting relationships and help businesses thrive.
As a member of this team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape our lead generation strategy, select targeted industries each month, and drive our outreach efforts. It is a unique chance to join a growing team significantly impacting our growth and success in the European market.
Lead generation: research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, industry events and utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
Lead the entire sales cycle: youll be responsible for conducting outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers, qualifying their business needs & processes, Provide potential customers with a tailor made demonstration of Odoo and handle the closing of the deals.
Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build your professional network
Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to drive growth and revenue
Help the team develop the outbound strategies to put in place
Interesting & evolving product with a large application scope: crm, accounting, e-commerce, inventory, hr, project
Direct contact with the customer from initial contact to closing
Strong business knowledge & sales skills
~ Languages : Dutch + English
~ Genuine interest in IT & software
