We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us on our mission
As a Software Engineer at Teamleader:
* Take ownership of features from idea to implementation — across the stack, withmoreexperienceinfront-enddevelopment
* Work on modernising our codebase, improving performance, structure, and usability.
* Develop new, high-impact features (e.g., AI-powered meeting summaries).
* Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of developers, a QA analyst, and a product manager.
* Help shape technical decisions and best practices as we evolve the platform.
* Contribute to a culture of trust, autonomy, and getting-things-done.
