Your responsibilities will include:
1. Drafting employment contracts and following up on career breaks;
2. Preparing payroll (simulations, data verification, transmission to the social secretariat);
3. Answering questions from employees and managers, both in person and by phone;
4. Organising onboarding days for new employees;
5. Setting up and maintaining HR procedures;
6. Drawing connections between processes and situations, with an analytical mindset.
Profiel
7. You have a solid knowledge of Belgian social legislation, ideally within CP 302 (blue- and white-collar workers);
8. You are fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus;
9. You are precise, structured, and comfortable with administrative tasks;
10. You are solution-oriented, a good listener, and enjoy human interaction;
11. You like working in a small team and are able to take responsibility.
