Job description:
At Proximus, we are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join the Ecosystem Design Chapter. In this role, you will be working on the general experience of the Proximus+app, ensuring it reflects our ambition to simplify, personalize and strengthen customer relationships. You will be working on improving the on boarding experience, increase proactive messaging and personalisation in the app, integrate conversational flows and drive value-adding AI deliveries in the app. You will make sure Proximus+ is at the heart of all customer interactions (servicing, sales and support) and works in harmony with all digital, physical and assisted touchpoints.
Key responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for the following tasks:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and develop user flows, use cases, scenarios and prototypes of new concepts.
Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for the Proximus+ app.
Develop close relationships and collaboration with the design teams, business stakeholders, analysts and developers.
Design and conduct user research, both exploratory research and user testing identifying potential usability issues.
Work on improvements based on research analytics and verbatims.
Convert research findings into actionable results and present them for design and business audiences.
Stay on top of new trends in usability and UI design.
Help maintain the UX research library, toolkit, and design system.
Good understanding and fluent use of the double diamond principles.
Critical mindset and persistent attitude, always putting the user first.
Expected experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer on large digital business projects in large companies.
Experience in conducting user experience research using a variety of research methods.
Experience with AI-powered products or assistants.
Expected technical skills:
Proficiency in Figma.
Knowledge of Content Square, Adobe Analytics or other analytics tools.
Familiarity with AI and AI-powered solutions.
Expected attitudes/behavior:
Analytical and data-driven mindset.
Customer focused with a hands-on can-do mentality.
Flexible and comfortable operating in complex environments as well as in ambiguity and change.
Strong communicator and skilled facilitator.
Someone who can work autonomously and independently and not afraid of taking initiative(s)
Excellent planning and organizational skills, coordinating projects across different tribes and departments, taking ownership and accountability.
Future-oriented mindset (AI aware and interested) and aware of the latest digital developments, curious, and actively seeking to learn.
Expected Languages:
French or Dutch + English (written and spoken)
Nice to brings:
Knowledge of and/or experience in T-shaping, service design
Ability to engage and inspire different stakeholders
Exp. in the telecommunications sector is an asset
Exp. in Agile processes is an asset
